Delivery Policy

Once an order has been processed, the delivery process can 2-5 working days, not including weekends or national holidays. Due to the shipping company’s policies, if the courier reaches 3 attempts to contact you without answer, the order will automatically be canceled. 

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the shipping prices must be paid. For exchanges and returns, the shipping prices must be paid.
