If you’re looking for a fresh fragrance that cuts through the mix, look no further. Our Pining for You candle embodies the scent of a freshly cut pine tree with notes of cool patchouli. Earthy, sharp and fragrant. Relaxscent uses soy wax to create a greener environment. This candle includes a wooden wick. Wooden wicks are eco-friendly, have a horizontal flame so it spreads the fragrance easily, creates a crackling sound, and is long lasting.

Size/Burn time:

430 ml/upto 80 hours

Ingredients:

Soy wax, pine fragrance, patchouli fragrance, wax dye. 

Here are some tips for wooden wicks:

  • Light from the corners while tilting the candles so the flame can spread upward
  • Cut off all charred parts before re-lighting to gain a bigger flame (by nail clippers, pliers, or even your fingers)

Tips for your candles:

  • Keep the candle burning from 2-4 hours. Minimum 2 hours.
  • Snuff out the flame when the candle has achieved a full melt pool to prevent tunneling

Delivery Policy

Once an order has been processed, the delivery process can take up to 15 days. Due to the shipping company’s policies, if the courier reaches 3 attempts to contact you without answer, the order will automatically be canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the shipping prices must be paid. For exchanges and returns, the shipping prices must be paid.

Return policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When can return a product?

  • If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/ do not accept the product.
  • It is within your right as a customer to replace a product you ordered within three days of receiving the product if the product is defective due to manufacturing.
  • Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement if it is not within three days.
  • If the product is returned you will receive the Refund in 3 working days

If you would like to return a product:
please return it upon delivery and through our shipping company within 24 hours

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery, or 14 days for defective items.
  • The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies & Accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
  • We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
