Wax Melts Scents

In collaboration with Soul & More, we have brought to you a unique design of wax burners. Made out of pottery, our wax burner comes with its very own spoon, a tealight candle, and wax melts

Our wax melts are made out of coconut soy wax and beeswax. 

How to Use:

  1. Place the tea light on the spoon
  2. Light the tea light
  3. Place it inside the Chamber
  4. Put the wax melt on top of the wax burner
  5. Enjoy the delicious aromas that fill your house

 

How to use

Keep the candle burning from 2-4 hours. Minimum 2 hours.Snuff out the flame when the candle has achieved a full melt pool to prevent tunneling

Delivery Policy

Once an order has been processed, the delivery process can take up to 15 days. Due to the shipping company’s policies, if the courier reaches 3 attempts to contact you without answer, the order will automatically be canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the shipping prices must be paid. For exchanges and returns, the shipping prices must be paid.

Return policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When can return a product?

  • If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/ do not accept the product.
  • It is within your right as a customer to replace a product you ordered within three days of receiving the product if the product is defective due to manufacturing.
  • Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement if it is not within three days.
  • If the product is returned you will receive the Refund in 3 working days

If you would like to return a product:
please return it upon delivery and through our shipping company within 24 hours

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery, or 14 days for defective items.
  • The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies & Accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.
  • We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
